ESP | Una agencia de property management que necesitaba hablarle a dos audiencias distintas sin perder coherencia. El proyecto construye un ecosistema de tres marcas que conviven bajo el mismo lenguaje visual: HeyPartners!, la agencia; HeyHost!, dirigida a propietarios; y HeyGuest!, pensada para huéspedes. Tipografía serif bold, naming consistente y un sistema de identidad modular que permite a cada marca tener personalidad propia sin alejarse del conjunto. ENG | A property management agency that needed to speak to two different audiences without losing coherence. The project builds an ecosystem of three brands that coexist under the same visual language: HeyPartners!, the agency; HeyHost!, aimed at property owners; and HeyGuest!, designed for guests. Bold serif typography, consistent naming and a modular identity system that gives each brand its own personality while keeping the whole together.
